![]() Editing a Site Profile
You can edit an existing profile by clicking a site profile name on the left, editing
the details on the right and clicking the Submit hyperlink. Please refer to Creating
a Site Profile for information on the different field values that can be set when
creating/editing a site profile.
Deleting a Site Profile
Deleting a site profile will remove the site profile and the site profiles database
from the SurfStatsLive Reporting Service.
On the Profile Administration screen select a site profile on the left and click the
delete image (
) next to the profile name. The Status frame at the bottom will
confirm the deletion of the site profile.
Suspending a Site Profile
Clicking the suspend image (
) next to a site profile name will suspend the
adding of entries to the site profile database of the site profile. Clicking the
resume image (
) on a suspended profile re-enables the adding of entries to the
site profile database from log files.
Viewing reports
To view reports for a specific site profile click the view image (
) next to the
name of the site profile.
More on Filters
Filters are used to selectively include or exclude log entries from being added to a
site profile database, e.g. you can exclude hits from certain IP Addresses or see
hits to specific files or directories.
Include Filters are used to specify which hits should be included, e.g. if you only
specify *robots.txt* in the files included field, the reports will only contain
information of hits made to the robots.txt file.
