Service Provider Information
Clicking the Service Provider information link on the Options tab brings up a screen where you
can specify information about your organization, the provider of the SurfStatsLive service.
Changing the value for the Default Logo URL changes the logo displayed by SurfStatsLive on
server administration, profile administration and end-user browser screens. This is the logo
displayed on the top-right of browser windows. If a logo is specified on a site profile the logo
specified on the site profile will display when a user logs in with the site profile’s details instead
of the logo specified here. Use ./images/blanklogo.gif to display a blank image (effectively no
image) in the top right.
The contents of what is specified in the Name, Email, Telephone# and Fax# fields are
displayed when a user click the Reporting Users client support link on the main SurfStatsLive
page. This information can also be specified on the Information tab in the SurfStatsLive Global
Setup Application.
